How CertiVerify works
A complete issuing and verification loop: create certificates, distribute them as PNG or PDF, and let recipients or employers confirm authenticity with a scan.
1. Provide recipients
Type a single recipient, paste a list, or upload a CSV/Excel export. CertiVerify reads the first column, or a column named 'name' / 'recipient'.
2. Generate
Each recipient gets a unique certificate ID (CERT-XXXX-XXXX) and a record in the verification registry, rendered on a 2000×1414 high-resolution canvas.
3. QR embedding
A QR code is drawn into the bottom-right corner of every certificate. It encodes the public verification URL for that exact certificate ID.
4. Verification
Scanning opens /verify/CERT-XXXX-XXXX. The portal checks the registry live and shows a green authenticity badge with the full metadata.
Verification URL format
https://certiverify.app/verify/CERT-9F2K-8ABX
The ID uses an unambiguous alphabet (no O/0 or I/1), so it can also be typed manually on the verification page if a QR code is damaged.
